Research Associate

Janice Mayne completed a B.Sc. (Hon) and PhD in Biochemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland and carried out postdoctoral studies at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. She is currently a Research Associate with Professor Daniel Figeys at the Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology and Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa. Her studies focus on the role of endoproteolyses in health and disease using a combination of biochemistry, cell biology, and proteomic techniques.
